The TROPHY project combines experts in infrared lasers, ultrafast microscopy, digital holography microscopy, Fourier transform spectroscopy, artificial intelligence, spectral histopathology, and immune-oncology to develop a disruptive microscope for chemometric analysis of unstained biopsies. TROPHY will drive histopathological analysis into the future by providing high spatial resolution imaging, biochemical selectivity, quantitative and automatable molecular assessment, and short acquisition times. This technology will allow an accurate and rapid analysis of tumor biopsies to assist oncologists and surgeons in their therapeutic interventions, paving the way for precision medicine in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

The TROPHY project has been funded by the European and Innovation Council under the Horizon Europe program in the PATHFINDEROPEN-01 call. The grant no. is 101047137
